Jaipreet (Joy) Chandna is a visionary entrepreneur based in Calgary, Canada, with a lifelong passion for building ventures that create meaningful impact. Known for her creative spark and intuitive leadership, she has a natural ability to bring the right people together around ideas that matter.
Sora Healthcare was born from a moment of reflection during her volunteer work in India—how could she help ease the suffering caused by diabetes-related foot complications? That single thought evolved into a mission: to design accessible, human-first technologies that meet real-world needs and inspire lasting change.
Jaipreet was raised in an environment where hands-on problem-solving and technical craftsmanship were a way of life. Her father, one of Calgary’s most respected precision tool and die makers, helped inventors and businesses turn bold concepts into functional, high-quality products. Every prototype had to meet exacting standards—because in precision manufacturing, there’s no room for error. That legacy left a lasting impression.
Even as her journey evolved, those early lessons remained a steady compass:
